Step One
Let’s Chat
We start with a quick, free Zoom call—just you and us. We'll learn more about your payroll setup, walk you through how our payroll support works, and figure out if it’s a good fit.
Step Two
Free Payroll Diagnostic Review
With your permission, we’ll review your payroll system—either inside QuickBooks Online or Gusto. We'll look for issues like negative tax withholdings, incorrect employee classifications, missing filings, and setup inconsistencies. You’ll get a summary of our findings and a clear quote for ongoing support. You keep the report, whether or not you move forward.
Step Three
Onboarding & Clean Up
If we uncover issues during the diagnostic, we can step in to handle any necessary cleanup or adjustments. This could include correcting payroll tax settings, syncing QBO and Gusto, or setting up pay schedules correctly. If everything looks great, we’ll skip this step and go straight to support.
Step Four
Full Service Payroll Support
Once we’re up and running, we take care of all day-to-day payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance—quietly and reliably in the background.
